*Work With Us!* We have a full-time permanent role at our busy Petro-Pass location for someone who loves to work both in and out-of-doors, is a self-starter and has excellent customer service skills. If this is you, we would love to hear from you! The *Cardlock & Warehouse Associate * will have the responsibility of maintaining the cardlock area, doing basic repairs, maintaining an organized and safe warehouse and providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their orders. *Work Schedule: Monday ? Friday 7:00 am ? 4:00 pm *(somewhat flexible shift during business hours) *Benefits Working with Castle Fuels* * Opportunity to grow and develop your career as Castle Fuels continues to grow * Competitive wages * Comprehensive benefits plan including Extended Health and Dental, RRSP matching, a Health & Wellness Spending Account, and Employee & Family Assistance Program and Vision coverage * Fuel discounts at all Castle Fuels locations * 2 additional paid holidays per year *Some Job Duties Include* * Complete daily and weekly processes and inspections including: fuel dips, change out garbage?s and windshield buckets, cleaning cardlock, office floors, bathrooms * Complete minor repairs including replacing of damaged hoses and nozzles * Receive and/or prepare record supplier and customer lubricant orders * Dip and record the oil/water separator levels and test the on/off valve on a weekly basis * Complete paperwork associated with day-to-day duties and safety requirements * Complete all required documentation, forms, checklists, and reporting within the timelines established as appropriate * Provides superior customer service both internally & externally *Experience / Qualifications / Skills * * Committed to providing quality work while working safely * Up to date forklift ticket an asset * Basic knowledge and comfort level with computers * Physically fit to be on your feet most of the day and to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) * Ability to organize and prioritize your day * Strong customer service skills & professional demeanor * Self-Motivated - enjoys being outside and working independently * Must pass a pre-screen drug & alcohol test, physical and provide a clean criminal record check _At Castle Fuels we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
