Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Bakery. Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Organize buffets and banquets. Personal suitability: Dependability. Flexibility. Organized. Reliability. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Experience: Will train. Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for mature workers . Offers phased re-entry options for mature workers who are returning to work after retiring (for example: gradually increasing hours and responsibilities) .
