<p>We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk.</p><p>Reporting to the Controller, the incumbent of this position is responsible for maintaining a good relationship with our customers and ensuring that payments are collected in a timely manner.</p><p><b>Tasks and responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Carry out the collection of overdue accounts</li><li>Deposit checks using the scanner</li><li>Make credit card payments using the payment terminal</li><li>Record payments in the accounting system</li><li>Answer customer calls and emails</li><li>Distribute incoming mail</li><li>Maintain the customer database up to date</li><li>Participate in the archiving of paper files and electronics</li><li>Participate in any other need of the accounting department in collaboration with other members of the team</li></ul><p><b>REQUIRED SKILLS</b></p><ul><li>AEC or DEP in accounting</li><li>2 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Autonomy, sense of organization and priorities</li><li>Ability to work in a team</li><li>Mastery of computer tools and accounting software</li><li>Very good command of spoken and written English to communicate with certain clients.</li></ul><p><b>WE OFFER</b></p><ul><li>A salary of $22.50 - $24 (depending on experience)</li><li>A complete group insurance program and retirement plan</li><li>Unlimited access to a telemedicine for you and your family; (Via the Dialogue platform)</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Unlimited tea and coffee</li><li>Social activities.</li></ul><p>Job type: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p>Additional compensation:</p><ul><li>Increased overtime</li></ul><p>Job location: In person</p>- LocationSaint-Laurent, QC
