Cattail Crossing is now hiring for skilled *line cooks*! We are looking for the right candidates who have the patience, personality, and perseverance to bring out the best dining experience for our guests. About Us: Cattail Crossing Golf & Winter Club features a beautiful 10,000 square foot clubhouse with virtual golf, dining areas, pro shop, snack bar, and kids club to accommodate the many needs of club members and guests. The club offers a variety of golf services including night golf, aqua range, tournaments, events, corporate meeting venue, private parties, winter activities, weddings and many more? General Job Responsibilities: Cattail Crossing Golf and Winter Club is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our amazing line and prep cook team! Tasks Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Food safety/handling skills Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay * Tips Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Cooking: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationLancaster Park, AB
