Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Noisy. Dusty. Heavy equipment. Interior. Work setting: Urban area. Various locations. Rural area. Construction site. Residential construction. Demolition. Construction. Commercial and/or industrial construction. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Assist in demolishing buildings. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Dependability. Flexibility. Reliability. Team player. Hardworking. Judgement. Values and ethics. Organized. Time management. Accountability.
