*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients, providing expert advice on drug interactions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient health and safety, particularly in acute care settings. We offer full time or part time position with flexible hours. *Responsibilities* * Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions. * Provide clinical consultations and medication therapy management to healthcare providers and patients. * Monitor patient medication regimens for effectiveness and safety, making adjustments as necessary. * Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions. * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with medical staff in hospital settings to develop treatment plans, especially in pediatrics and acute care environments. * Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and medical terminology relevant to patient care. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of acute care practices and pharmacy operations. * Proficiency in patient care protocols, particularly in pediatrics. * Familiarity with medical terminology related to pharmacology and patient treatment. * Expertise in medication administration techniques and safety protocols. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
