Are you an experienced Contract Manager ready to lead and make a significant impact in the construction industry? We are looking for a driven professional to oversee contract negotiations, manage risks, ensure compliance, and contribute to the success of the largest project Plan Group has built. As a Contract Manager, you will: Lead contract management processes, including negotiations, drafting, and execution. Oversee the development and implementation of contract policies and procedures in collaboration with the in-house legal/contracts team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with contracts and provide strategic solutions to minimize potential impacts.
