About the Role: Fitzrovia is seeking to hire a Construction Foreman, Capital Projects to join our team. This role works with various divisional leads in the design, tendering and overall execution of all capital projects across the portfolio while ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes, health and safety regulations and capital funding constraints. The role's responsibilities will cover all areas of project management such as project planning, cost management, time management, quality and risk management, contract administration, site management and importantly overall execution. In addition to management experience, hands-on tool expertise will be required and leveraged.
