*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data to help drive strategic decisions within the organization. This role requires proficiency in data analysis, project management, and a strong understanding of various analytical tools and methodologies. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively communicated and implemented. *Duties* * Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. * Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Design and maintain databases to support data collection and reporting processes. * Utilize tools such as Power BI, R, Python, and SQL for data visualization and analysis. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. * Participate in Agile project management practices to enhance team collaboration and efficiency. * Continuously monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytical findings. *Requirements* * Proven experience in data analysis with strong analytical skills. * Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, R, Python, and SQL. * Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly Agile. * Experience in database design is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
