\*MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN CANADA\* Responsibilities: - Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues - Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures - Oversee cashiering activities, including handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records - Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management and ordering - Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and organized - Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets - Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new employees Requirements: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role - Strong cash handling skills and knowledge of cashiering procedures - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies - Basic budgeting skills to assist with financial management of the store - Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette - Ability to negotiate and make decisions in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.
