Not at TD, anyway.Team Summary:TDS Lending Technology and Global Banking Technology team is responsible for the development and implementation of a future technology strategy to support multiple lending business lines within a number of divisions across the firm. The group is responsible for supporting all functions within each global banking business, lending business, including underwriting, origination, securitization, loan servicing, asset management and interfaces to 3rd party services.About This Role Role Description:We are looking for a talented Senior Full-stack Developer with Front-end & Back-end Java experience to join the team delivering transformational platforms that will combine and replace several internal systems, streamline business functions, and open up business opportunities in Lending and Credit.The candidate will work on a global team, with concentration in Toronto, New York and London. They will perform hands-on development using Java, Spring boot, React, Typescripts and HTML. Good to have knowledge of Global banking or LoanIQ data-model and standard APIs.Role Responsibilities:Collaborate with full-stack agile teams that focus on building green-field platforms from scratch. Design the system architecture and build robust, maintainable and scalable platforms. Develop various features for both Front end and backend systems using Java SpringbootDesign and create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.Build/maintain CI/CD pipeline and deploy the code in Azure.Communicate ideas, drive user demos, and work with business stakeholders to iterative development lifecycleJob RequirementsA successful candidate will possess:Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate. Graduate Degree Preferred. 7+ yrs of experienceStrong knowledge of Java, Web UI Technologies: Java spring boot, JavaScript/typescript, CSS, React, Data Dog, Hibernate, SQL, Json, Azure Cloud Computing Software ? 10+ years' experience.Hands on software development experience working on Client/ Server, Multi-tier, Web-based applications.Good knowledge of design patterns with excellent problem-solving skillsProfessional, precise communication skills with client interactionExperience with troubleshooting web applications, familiarity with network monitoring and code profiling toolsAdditional Information :Join in on what others in TD Technology Solutions are doing:Inspire a positive work environment and help champion quality, innovation,- LocationToronto, ON
