Steele Buick GMC is seeking a Parts Clerk to join our growing team!As a Parts Clerk at Steele Buick GMC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. Your responsibilities will include direct interaction with customers, suppliers, and technicians, offering information, service, and utilizing the online parts catalogue to source required components.Hourly Wage Range: $18.10 - $20.80Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ordering parts for clients needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely mannerReceiving parts orders with accuracyCommunicating with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets doneWork with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationshipsMaintain parts inventory countRequirements:Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset but not requiredExcellent customer service skills and a professional telephone mannerFluency with Microsoft Office softwareA positive attitude and excellent work ethicAn eagerness to learn and strong attention to detailWhy Join Steele Auto Group?
