*Context* We are seeking a dynamic *Product Marketing Manager* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance ATEK's brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales within our target markets. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, market, and customer needs, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling marketing initiatives. *We are NOT looking for Communications Marketing or Marcom* *Responsibilities* Product marketing focuses specifically on the product and its journey through the market. It involves: * *Defining the target market* and understanding the customer segments for a specific product. * *Positioning and messaging* that explain why the product is unique and why customers should buy it. * *Developing go-to-market strategies* to launch and promote the product successfully. * *Creating product-specific content* like product guides, demos, and use-case scenarios. * *Collaborating with product development teams* to relay customer feedback and influence product features and enhancements. * *Enabling the sales team* with product knowledge, competitive differentiation, and tools to help them sell more effectively. *Qualifications* * Proven expertise in managing the full product marketing lifecycle, consistent with the *Product Marketing Alliance?s framework*. * Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * 5 years of experience Minimum in product marketing, ideally within the technology or healthcare sectors Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * Marketing: 6 years (required) Language: * French, English (required) Licence/Certification: * Product Marketing Alliance Certification (required) Work Location: In person- LocationSaint-Laurent, QC
