Change Management Consultant - our client requires a full time and a part time Change Management Consultant to join the 'DSS - Dual Language ID Change Management Strategy' project and lead the development and implementation of the dual-language ID solution in the Data Systems and Services (DSS). A change management strategy is required to provide DSS project leaders with the guidance and tools necessary for the successful roll-out and implementation of the new dual-language ID solution within a variety of client services. The plan will identify the needs of key service delivery partners, engagement and communication tactics, supports and resources required for successful adoption, phased change actions, and metrics for success.
