 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English, French Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$90,710 - $122,726 Pension and wellness expertise neededHelp manage and oversee FCC’s pension plans and retirement programs, providing strategic support, communication and education for employees.This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do:Oversee the administration of FCC Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension plansDevelop and implement strategies and programs to educate employees about retirement benefitsResearch best-practice retirement savings as well as financial wellness strategiesAct as the main contact for the executive benefit or pension questions, administering the executive perquisite plan and addressing inquiriesLead and manage the corporate employee relocation programCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate policy exceptions and resolve escalated situationsSupport strategy implementation for benefits, pension and health and wellness programsAssist the Director of Total Rewards in developing strategies, reports, and presentations, providing insights on benefits and wellness programs. What we’re looking for:Confident communicator with excellent presentation skillsProactive project manager who can adapt to change, make decisions and resolve issuesAnalytical thinker who can identify issues and implement solutionsEffective collaborator who can build and maintain relationships with senior leadersProven mentor who can support others with policy interpretation What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in administration and/or Human Resources Management and at least four years of benefits experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Designations such as a Certified Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Pension Plan Administrator Certificate (PPAC) would be an asset.Strong knowledge of pension and saving programs as well as employee benefits, including regulations and legislation
