Management Accounting</b> who will be involved in a variety of exciting projects within a global company.</p><p>Kontron's embedded computing systems interact with a wide variety of devices in rugged environments such as avionics and telecommunications.</p><p>Our corporate culture is fueled by intellectual curiosity, innovation and the work you put in to support our diverse business areas including R&D and operations. </p><p><b>To get a taste of the working climate at Kontron Canada, watch the following video in French: </b><span><b><span style="text-decoration:none;">https://youtu.be/YQQIQ_8R_yo</span></b></span><b></b></p><p> </p><p><b><u>AN OVERVIEW OF THE CHALLENGES AHEAD:</u></b></p><ul><li>Support managers by being their financial partner in their business strategies;</li></ul><p>For example:</p><ul><li><ul><li>Coordinate the budget with the Finance team and the business partner;</li><li>Coordinate the monthly revision of the projections and update the relevant Excel files;</li><li>Analyze budget differences and understand changes;</li><li>Participate in the development of controls and the improvement of new accounting practices, processes and procedures;</li><li>Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);</li><li>Support managers in the preparation of financial presentations during projects;</li></ul></li><li>Be able to calculate the cost price of products:<ul><li>Analyze the valuation of inventories to ensure its accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;</li><li>Analyze direct and indirect costs to ensure the full cost of inventories;</li><li>Analyze changes in product costs and understand their evolution in order to help managers make the right decisions, both in terms of establishing the price list and evaluation of a future project;</li></ul></li><li>Maintain and improve the dashboard;</li><li>Prepare end-of-period analysis and support the Financial Analyst - Finance in the end-of-period process;</li><li>Prepare the year-end filing;</li><li>Participate in the maintenance and development of the SAP system;</li><li>Participate in the development of control policies and procedures.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><u>YOU WILL IMPRESS US IF YOU HAVE:</u></b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor?s degree in administration with ideally 2 to 5 years of experience or college degree in administration with more than 7 years of experience;</li><li><b>Specialization:</b><b><i> </i></b>Finance or Accounting;</li><li><b>Knowledge:</b><b><i> </i></b>Advance knowledge of Excel;</li><li><b>Assets: </b>Hold a CPA title, SAP;</li><li><b>Languages: </b>French and English (written and spoken).
