Position #: 9001154 Expected Start Date: January 01, 2025 Union: HSAS Facility: Biggar & District Health Centre City/Town: Biggar Department: Clinical Nutrition Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: January 01, 2026 FTE: 0.6 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Hours of Work: 67.20 hours per 3 week rotationScheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Dietitian - Degree $36.171 to $44.230 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: The community Dietitian works proactively, providing out-patient nutrition counseling, teaching, and education services to individuals, families and community groups, and other health professionals, with the intent of promoting good health and disease prevention. The community dietitian may provide client and family focused services in collaboration with outside agencies (based on funding arrangements) at various sites within the region.
