This is a full time position based out of our terminal in Abbotsford, BC. J&R Hall Transport Inc. is a family run business that strives to enrich the lives of our staff with a friendly atmosphere. We offer a competitive compensation package, late model equipment, and biweekly deposit. *Primary Responsibilities:* * Take incoming calls from customers and respond to tracing emails * Data entry of load information into the Fleet Management System * Verify and update all load information to ensure all necessary information is correct, such as Customer contact details, rates, weight, times and location * Assist in problem solving and conflict resolution with customers as problems arise * Monitor load board to ensure accurate tracking of loads * Communicate and update customer with load information * Provide administrative support to Dispatch team as required *The ideal candidate will have:* * High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years in a similar role * Sense of urgency with a strong customer focus * Excellent communication skills ? both written and oral * Excellent computer keyboarding skills * Proficient with various computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Knowledge of the Transportation Industry an asset *We offer a competitive compensation package:* * Company paid Benefits after 3 months - Extended Health, Dental, Vision care, Life and AD&D * Group RRSP after 3 months with company matched DPSP plan after 1 year up to $1,500.00 _*Come join our dynamic team! *_ _J&R Hall Transport Inc. promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals. #JRH_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site gym * Paid time off * RRSP match * Vision care * Wellness program Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationAbbotsford, BC
