*Key Roles & Responsibilities:*
* Respond promptly and enthusiastically to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Accurately inform customers about our products and services, adhering to the company?s pricing models and strategies.
* Efficiently manage sales orders and entry into the Odoo system, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
* Proactively follow up on sales quotations and customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with outside sales representatives to address customer issues, pricing adjustments, and special requests, fostering a team-oriented approach.
* Execute administrative and operational tasks effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
* Engage in ongoing personal development and training to meet the demands of the role and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
* Previous inside sales experience, preferably in similar industries or sectors.
* No specific educational requirement; however, a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development is essential.
* Independent, reliable, and trustworthy with a high degree of self-motivation.
* Capable of handling some physical labour as part of the role.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
