*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting and shaping materials according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every project. This role requires a strong understanding of various tools and techniques used in construction and renovation, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Cutter will play a crucial role in the renovation and restoration of structures, contributing to the overall success of our projects. *Responsibilities* * Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to cut materials accurately. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine cutting specifications. * Renovate and restore existing structures while adhering to safety protocols. * Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. * Perform caulking tasks as needed to seal joints and seams in various materials. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly. * Assist in the assembly of structures by building components as required. *Skills* * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. * Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. * Experience in masonry work is a plus. * Knowledge of renovation and restoration techniques. * Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues on-site. send resumes at jobs@istaffservices.ca Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Experience: * masonry: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationNorth York, ON
