Can-Traffic is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes for high volume small projects.
*What you will do Everyday*
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
* Manage project schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Oversee the work of subcontractors and construction workers to ensure quality
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Prepare and review construction estimates, ensuring accuracy in budgeting.
* Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
* Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.
*Skills* *Required*
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate budgets.
* Knowledge of construction inspection processes to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
* Expertise in quality inspection and quality control methodologies to maintain high standards.
* Familiarity with electrical systems and installations as they pertain to construction projects.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during the construction process.
