The manager will be responsible for all after-sales service and parts activities required by the Customer. You will supervise a team in place consisting of a Technical Designer, Customer Service Representatives, Parts Clerk and Service Technicians.<br><br>Detailed description:<br><br>Experience with Customer Service and the use of a data management system (SAP), you will be responsible for ensuring the transition of equipment built with the project managers, coordinate the installation and testing at the customer's site;<br><br>Collaborate and maintain close links with other departments and when required;<br><br>Ensures the planning and execution of the daily activities of his staff;<br><br>Ensures the planning of service calls with customers;<br><br>Control customer purchase orders;<br><br>Monitor and review service reports from service technicians;<br><br>Ensures the performance of the manufacturing procedures used by the company;<br><br>Follows procedures and processes and ensures the development and control of time allocated for the completion of various tasks;<br><br>Completes all reports related to his activities;<br><br>Participates in all required meetings and ensures effective feedback in order to maintain the continuous improvement of his department,<br><br>Works closely with the management of the various departments related to his activities. <br> 10 years experience in customer service,<br><br>5 years of experience supervising staff,<br><br>Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and concepts and experience with ERP or MRP systems is an asset,<br><br>Must have experience or education in mechanical manufacturing,<br><br>Bilingual- LocationMontréal, QC
