*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in using both power and hand tools. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. *Duties* * Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs. * Perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting. * Use power tools and hand tools effectively for various repair tasks. * Replace or repair damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors. * Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets safety standards. * Collaborate with other technicians and staff to streamline the repair process. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. *Requirements* * Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in a dealership or automotive repair setting. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. * Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools specific to auto body repair. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
