*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various office environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service. *Responsibilities* : * Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces in a commercial setting. * Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Refilling dispensers. * Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. * Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately. * Ensure all cleaning activities comply with safety standards and regulations. * Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel. * Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. * Assist in the organization and requisition of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain an efficient workflow. * Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks. *Experience:* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with various cleaning products, tools, and techniques is advantageous. * Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks. * Communicate in English both written and verbally. * Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. *Benefits:* * Competitive compensation * Flexible scheduling options * On-site Parking *Expected Hours : 15 - 20 per week* Join us in creating clean and welcoming spaces that enhance the overall experience for everyone who enters our facilities!
