Our clinic is seeking a mature, quick thinking, detailed oriented chiropractic assistant to join our team. *Schedule: * * Tues 2:30-6:30 * Thurs 2:30-6:30 * Sat as needed 9:30-12:30 (up to 2 Saturdays per month) *Responsibilities:* - Greet and check-in patients upon arrival - Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork - Escort patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for chiropractic care - Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records - Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments - Educate patients on proper posture, exercise, and other self-care techniques - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience *Experience:* - Previous experience working in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred but not required - Knowledge of chiropractic care and terminology is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with patients of all ages - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
