We have a solution for every package pickup need you might have. *ABOUT THE ROLE* * Design and deliver a wide range of creative projects, including: * Social media graphics and templates. * Presentations that communicate ideas visually and effectively. * Print materials such as signage, posters, and brochures. * Brand assets like logos, icons, and identity visuals. * Newsletters with engaging layouts and visuals. * Website graphics optimized for performance and design consistency. * Create illustrations and visual assets tailored to convey messages and elevate brand storytelling. * Lead branding and art direction efforts, ensuring the development and maintenance of a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all channels. * Create, implement, and expand brand design guidelines, including typography, color schemes, backgrounds, imagery, and other assets to enhance brand recognition. * Ensure all visual outputs align with the brand?s tone, values, and target audience, maintaining consistency across all platforms and mediums. * Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute innovative designs that meet strategic objectives. * Prototyping in Figma or willing to learn * Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. *Skills Required for the Role* To succeed in this role, you should have: * Core Design Expertise * Proficiency in creating diverse visual content: social media graphics, presentations, print materials, brand assets, newsletters, and web graphics. * Strong illustration and visual storytelling skills to enhance brand narratives. * Branding & Art Direction * Experience leading cohesive visual identities and creating/expanding brand guidelines (typography, color, imagery, etc.). * Ensures designs align with brand tone, values, and target audience. * Technical Skills * Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus). * Familiar with Figma and web design principles, including auto layout, components, and prototyping * Collaboration & Innovation * Works with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, trend-conscious designs aligned with objectives. * Bonus Skills * Photography, video editing, and motion graphics. * Soft Skills * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. * Self-driven with a commitment to maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. *BENEFITS/PERKS* * Casual dress * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Education and learning programs * Extended health care * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care *Broad Reach* is an equal-opportunity employer.
