DescriptionCompletion of Grade 12 or GED 4 years of progressively responsible experience in roadway maintenance, construction, and operations 4 years of supervisory experience, leading and managing teams Experience working with the City of Edmonton infrastructure maintenance and operations procedures Assets: Completion of Post Secondary Courses/Education is considered an asset NCSO designation is considered an asset Skills required for success: Capable of efficiently allocating resources, scheduling crews, and ensuring attendance compliance Proficient in providing constructive feedback, managing performance, and supporting employee development through training and evaluations Experienced in conducting inspections, achieving KPIs, and enhancing work plan efficiency Skilled at addressing concerns, managing disciplinary processes, and engaging stakeholders effectively Adept at overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring adequate staffing levels Competent in managing attendance, evaluating program effectiveness, and allocating- LocationEdmonton, AB
