*Position Overview: *
Chestnut Park Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Manager of Business Development to join our dynamic team. This key position focuses on recruiting high-performing agents while providing coaching and mentorship to drive revenue growth. Additionally, the Director will work closely with select agents to enhance their performance and boost commission earnings. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise in the luxury real estate market to expand our agent network and elevate their success.
*Key Responsibilities: *
*Agent Recruitment *
* Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan tailored to identify and attract high-performing agents in key luxury markets and secondary growth areas, ensuring alignment with Chestnut Park?s long-term business objectives.
* Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to craft a compelling employer value proposition that highlights Chestnut Park?s unique strengths, including high-quality resources, industry-leading agent support, and strong brand reputation.
* Identify emerging talent and experienced professionals who align with Chestnut Park?s values of trust, integrity, and excellence, ensuring cultural fit and long-term success.
* Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, industry networks, and associations to establish a robust pipeline of potential recruits.
* Leverage innovative recruitment techniques, including digital campaigns, social media outreach, and industry events, to position Chestnut Park as the premier choice for luxury real estate agents.
* Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine the recruiting strategy, ensuring agility in responding to shifting market dynamics and agent expectations.
* Regularly update leadership on recruiting progress, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes.
*Agent Coaching and Development *
* Design and implement comprehensive coaching programs focused on improving agents' sales techniques, lead generation, and revenue growth.
* Conduct regular one-on-one and group training sessions to enhance skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and marketing.
* Use data-driven insights to identify performance gaps and develop tailored improvement plans for individual agents.
*Revenue Growth and Business Strategy *
* Collaborate with agents to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market share.
* Guide agents on leveraging Chestnut Park?s high-quality marketing resources, and administrative support to maximize productivity.
* Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure agents are equipped with the resources they need to succeed.
*Brand Advocacy *
* Serve as a brand ambassador, reinforcing the firm's commitment to excellence, trust, and innovation.
*Qualifications: *
*Experience: *
* MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE
* Broker license an asset
* 5+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or coaching role within the real estate industry.
* Proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching agents to achieve exceptional sales performance.
*Skills and Attributes: *
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze performance metrics and create actionable strategies.
* Knowledge of luxury real estate markets, trends, and client expectations.
* Proficient in leveraging CRM platforms, marketing tools, and AI-driven technologies.
