Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Tasks: Order merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Train workers in duties and policies. Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules and procedures. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
