*Responsibilities*
You will coordinate and oversee the entire logistics operation for live events, ensuring timely delivery and setup of all equipment in Saskatoon.
We expect you to maintain accurate inventory records by utilizing our tracking systems to ensure efficient resource management.
You shall collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and schedules that align with our event timelines and budget constraints.
You will develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions or delays, maintaining smooth operations during non-traditional hours as required.
We expect you to liaise with internal teams to understand their logistical needs, providing tailored solutions to meet those requirements effectively and efficiently.
You shall monitor transportation expenses and prepare detailed reports to assist in financial planning and cost management.
You will actively contribute to process improvements by analyzing current logistics procedures and recommending enhancements where possible.
We expect you to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the logistics cycle, fostering a secure work environment.
