Position Summary The HR Generalist will work with the HR Business Partners to support day to day HR Functions as well as key initiatives and projects. This will include, but not be limited to on-boarding, recruitment, performance management, compliance, conflict resolution, labour relations and learning and development.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Works directly with and reports to the Human Resource Business Partner. Create and implement strategies for performance management, recruitment, onboarding and labour relations. Assess and implement strategies to improve workplace efficiency and productivity. Handles employee concerns in a professional and confidential manner. Assists supervisors and managers with disciplinary procedures. Improve, implement and administer HR policies and procedures. Work in conjunction with Safety Representatives to manage WSIB claims. Support in assisting employees with benefit- LocationMississauga, ON
