<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a Fish Market Customer Service Specialist to join our team! We are the largest fish & seafood market in western Canada. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Learn the Catch of the week customer service system.</li><li>Provide information about the products and services</li><li>Provide the highest quality customer service according to our standards</li><li>Responsible for keeping the coolers display in order.</li><li>Learn how to shuck oyster and fillet fish.</li><li>Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services</li><li>Opportunity to work in Edmonton Farmers Market.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields in an assets</li><li>Must be outgoing and have the ability to build rapport with clients</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li><li>Positive and professional demeanor</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills (A good voice)</li><li>Must be capable to work in a fast paced environment..</li></ul><p><strong>Opportunity for Advancement</strong></p><p><strong>Full Training Provided</strong></p></div>Company Description<div>Catch of the week is the largest fish & seafood market in Western Canada. We offer a very large selection of unique fresh and frozen of fish and seafood. We have an in house sushi deparment that makes fresh sushi hourly. Live lobster tank that can can hold 3000 lbs of live stock and we cook it for our customers at no charge. Our take out deparment offers our famous fish & chips for take out or sit in. We also offer over 25 different varieties of live oysters that we can shuck for our customers .
