Our Company is hiring a key role ? Winter & Artificial Grass Production Coordinator. This is a critical role that helps us efficiently manage our winter snow removal operations and oversee the production and installation of artificial turf. You?ll be instrumental in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and meet our high standards of service. *WHO YOU ARE:* You take pride in ensuring operations run like clockwork, from snow removal in the winter to artificial grass installations in the summer. You?re someone who enjoys coordinating teams, solving problems, and making sure clients are happy. *WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:* * *Strong Organizational Skills* ? You love using your organizational skills to keep everything on track, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. * *Effective Communication* ? You pride yourself on keeping accurate records, tracking materials, and ensuring no job is left incomplete. *OBJECTIVES:* *Objective 1: Efficient Winter Operations* * Coordinate snow removal crews and ensure trucks are dispatched on time. * Monitor and document start and finish times for each site using GeoTabs. * Ensure walk crews are on-site before plow crews to ensure smooth operations. *Objective 2: Artificial Grass Production Coordination* * Insert jobs into the production schedule and assign tasks to team members. * Track job costs and hours through LMN software. * Facilitate client close-out meetings and ensure residential warranties and commercial job sign-offs are completed. *Objective 3: Inventory and Equipment Management* * Inspect trucks at the end of each shift for damage and cleanliness. * Maintain inventory control and ensure all equipment and materials are tracked accurately. * Address client inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and timely service. *BENEFITS:* Of course, we offer competitive pay and a great team culture.
