*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. *Duties* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. * Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services that meet customer needs. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our POS system. * Demonstrate excellent etiquette while ensuring a friendly and helpful demeanor. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. * Ensure top notch cleanliness of both interior and exterior of the store. * Stocking products throughout the store to ensure our customers needs are always met. *Skills* * Proficiency in English is required * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. * Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions based on available information. * Experience with data entry and familiarity with POS systems is a plus. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. * A proactive attitude towards upselling opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
