Our Products Our software products involve industrial plant automation (eg. opening and closing material gates, controlling conveyor belts, monitoring material flow, reading weigh scales and pulse meters, all in real time) and product dispatch (eg. dispatching orders to production plants, monitoring fleets of delivery trucks via GPS, load-balancing and optimizing workload across multiple production locations). Job Description This position will focus mainly on supporting our software products. Responsibilities include: Answering and responding to service calls/emails Creating and maintaining knowledge-base articles Testing and documenting new software features Candidates must have: Strong IT background Experience with Microsoft operating systems Experience with computer networking Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills About Us MPAQ Automation Inc. is a software company based in- LocationMississauga, ON
