As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and relaxing experience. You will work closely with management and team members to ensure every guest enjoys an ultimate wellness journey. *Key Responsibilities* Greet every guest warmly and professionally upon arrival. Ensure health forms are completed accurately using the Spa Booker System. Provide facility tours and locker assignments to guests. Process check-outs, calculate charges, and handle payments via the Spa Booker System. Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments as needed. Promptly and courteously attend to phone calls and emails. Provide detailed information about treatments and services. Address special guest requests and ensure they are efficiently fulfilled. Maintain organization and work effectively with minimal supervision. Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Spa leadership team. *Qualifications and Competencies* We are looking for a professional who can bring positivity, attention to detail, and a passion for guest services. *Key Skills and Attributes:* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
