We?re seeking a highly organized and dynamic *Receptionist* with a background in esthetics and expertise in *social media management*, *accounting*, and *sales*.
*Job Description*
We are looking for a *Receptionist* who not only excels in customer service and administration but also has a background in *Esthetics*. This role will involve managing the front desk, assisting clients with appointment scheduling, handling sales, overseeing social media, and assisting with accounting tasks. Your esthetician experience will be an asset in understanding client needs and upselling relevant services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an excellent first impression.
* Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and client inquiries.
* Assist clients in understanding spa services, and recommend treatments based on their needs.
* Handle accounting duties, including invoicing, payments, and maintaining financial records.
* Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to engage with clients and promote services.
* Assist with sales goals, upselling treatments and products to clients during visits.
* Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
* Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
*Qualifications:*
* *Esthetician certification or background* in skincare, beauty treatments, or related fields.
* Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or sales role.
* Proficient in basic accounting and accounting software.
* Strong social media management skills with the ability to create engaging content.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
* Organized with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Experience in the beauty or med spa industry is a plus.
