Job Description A well established Body Shop looking for a Highly Energetic Candidate who is friendly and highly organized, can work under pressure, work with a team, eager to learn, Initiative & Reliable. who can work under pressure. *Responsibilities include* * Greet customers * Answer telephone, screen and direct calls * Reconciling accounting schedules * Payroll analysis (Flat rate & Hourly rate), * Status calls/update promise, and uploading final estimates to insurance companies. * Must enjoy working with numbers, reports, and computers * Position requires working in an office environment, * Provide general administrative and clerical support * Prepare correspondence and documents * Receive and sort mail and deliveries * Schedule appointments maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically * Tidy and maintain the reception area * Close attention to detail, and patience. -Communication, organization, and time management skills are essential. * Must be a team player and work well with people. *Education & Experience* * Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures * Knowledge of computers and relevant software application(Quick Books) * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Keyboard skills * Must have Prioritizing skills * Ability to work a switchboard * Accounting skills are essential(A/P & A/R) * Good writing and verbal skills * A high school education is required. * Familiarity with automotive businesses are helpful. * Punjabi language will be an asset Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per year Expected hours: 35 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred) * Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationBrampton, ON
