Little Legends Playhouse is looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a *Customer Service & Playhouse Associate*. This part-time position offers the chance to be part of an exciting, fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth into a full-time role! *Key Responsibilities:* * *Customer Interaction:* Greet guests as they arrive, provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, and ensure a smooth check-in process. * *Rule Explanation & Safety:* Explain the rules of the playhouse to customers to ensure safety and enjoyment for all. * *Phone & In-Person Inquiries:* Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person questions regarding services, pricing, and policies. Provide information about our activities, memberships, and special events. * *Tour Bookings & Birthday Requests:* Assist customers in booking tours of the facility and taking information for birthday party requests. * *Cleaning & Restocking:* Maintain a clean and organized play area, restock supplies, and assist in other cleaning duties to ensure the environment stays safe and hygienic for guests. * *Social Media Assistance:* Assist with creating Instagram, Facebook, Etc. posts to showcase events, activities, and promotions.
