*Job Summary* *Need Chinese speaking* *due to patient base* Located in Sheppard/Kennedy busy modern dental office, looking for a part-time Dental Receptionist, Candidates must have more than 1-2 years receptionist experience and available working at least 1 weekday and 1 weekend, Familiar with Paradigm dental software would be asset Our team is growing, and we are eager to meet enthusiastic, positive candidates with great custom services skills to support our level of dental care. *Need Chinese speaking* *and good English communication.* Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify insurance information and process patient billing - Maintain electronic health records using systems like Eaglesoft - Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk to ensure smooth operations - Coordinate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care Requirements: - Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality - Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction - Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you are a dedicated professional with experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position in our dental clinic.
