*Customer Support Representative (CSR)* We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, success-driven and has excellent communication skills that include active listening. The CSR will assist in promoting a harmonious workplace by maintaining clear communication, handling correspondence, and interacting with distributors, clients and patients primarily for the Homecare division. They will be the primary point of contact for all front facing communications. This is a vital role in ensuring each customer has an excellent experience at Zopec Medical. Preferred candidates are friendly, client-oriented, and collaborative thinkers who can adapt quickly and are eager to learn. Opportunities for advancements will be available as the company continues to grow. *Responsibilities:* ? Answer and direct phone calls and emails as needed ? Provide level 1 and 2 product support via phone and emails ? Troubleshooting abilities, basic technical knowledge ? Handle customer inquiries and resolving issues ? Maintain contact lists and record updates on CRM or other platforms ? Create accounts and carry out customer onboarding process ? Fulfill general administration tasks and projects for Management Team *Requirements:* ? 1-2 years customer service skills ? College degree or suitable equivalent ? Excellent computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google workspace, CRM) ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ? Excellent people skills ? Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ? Detail-oriented and organized ? Previous experience in medical industry is an asset ?
