To meet our fast-growing business, we are looking for a General Managers (NOC 0311) to join us. This candidate will perform the below job duties: Job Duties GM (general manager) Rank: M4 Reports to superior: CEO Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall strategic planning and daily operation management of the clinical trial drug business line; Lead the team to achieve business goals and optimize operational processes; Monitor business line financial status to ensure operations within budget; Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners; Promote product innovation and market expansion. Salary: Annual salary 90,000 - 130,000 CAD Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, biology, pharmacy or related majors; More than 10 years of management experience, at least 5 years in the biopharmaceutical industry; Strong leadership and business negotiation skills.
