We pride ourselves on partnering only with key wineries from top wine producing regions, forming a balanced portfolio of Commercial, Premium & Luxury wines. *Who we are looking for:* In close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, the Human Resource Manager is responsible for all aspects of the company?s human capital. Potential candidates would be *flexible*, *results driven* individual with *well rounded knowledge *in all areas of Human Resources. The position requires you to be *organized, motivated,* and *focussed* on the bigger picture. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience in a company with national operations and the ability to self manage. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* · Planning and implementing hiring and talent acquisition · Improving employee engagement and employee connectivity with leadership · Directing and managing performance review processes · Planning and implementing administrative processes related to the employees? lifecycle · Supporting senior leadership in promoting a moral, healthy, and safe work environment · Managing the HRIS (BambooHR) · Managing the company?s benefits & policies · Compliance with all provincial & national legislations and Boards *Position Requirements:* · Diploma in Human Resource Management and 2+ years related experience · Demonstrates good judgment and problem solving, strong leadership, and ability to think critically · Self starter and highly motivated · Organization and time management skills · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
