We are hiring a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing world-class customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of our products, and will be comfortable working with databases and software applications related to the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced, motivated and interested in a career in the tech industry. Responsibilities: * Record caller information. * Transfer calls to appropriate personnel. * Match caller with account status and make changes if needed. * Provide timely and helpful responses to caller questions and/or concerns. * Follow company procedure for handling customer service requests. * Monitor the status of customer service requests after they are made. * Record voice messages for customer service staff to listen to later. *LMIA Available* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Squamish, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-16- LocationSquamish, BC
