We seek a self-motivated, independent, and creative scientist to support computational research within our Computational Sciences Immunology team. We have a team of skilled bioinformatics researchers working in a highly collaborative environment with both biomarker and drug discovery scientists. This role will focus on analyzing sequencing data from pre-clinical studies to look for mechanisms of action and potential biomarkers. Duties 1. Perform comprehensive analysis of various NGS data sets including bulk RNA-seq and single-cell genomic studies. 2. Act as an analyst on an NGS project, going from data exploration and normalization, differential gene expression, pathway analysis, to producing compelling data visualizations and presentations to colleagues. 3.
