*Job Description:* We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, banking, or experience working with Ontario Health at Home or other government agencies where PSWs (Personal Support Workers) and DSWs (Developmental Support Workers) are needed. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships, and driving sales growth for our home care services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources.
* Leverage past relationships with insurance companies, Ontario Health at Home, Development Services Ontario, and other government agencies to drive business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to generate leads and referrals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the agency and build a strong professional network.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing clients.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in insurance sales, banking, or within the healthcare sector.
* Experience working with Ontario Health at Home or other government agencies.
* Experience with Development Services Ontario is considered an asset.
* Past experience in banking or mortgage sales with an extensive network of clients and business contacts is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $78,070.00-$120,000.00 per year
