The primary responsibility of the Call Center Agent is to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.</li><li>Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, verify information, or provide updates.</li><li>Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.</li><li>Assist customers with processing payments, and navigating our website or online platforms.</li><li>Escalate complex issues or unresolved complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.</li><li>Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales quotas.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.</li><li>Strong command of the English language</li><li>Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.</li><li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.</li><li>Fluency in French an asset</li></ul><p> </p></div>Company Description<div>AM/PM Service, established in 1987, is a leading Point of Sale (POS) and Service company with a significant presence in both Canada and the USA.
