Were looking for an organized and outgoing Business Development Manager to take charge of sales development for the Hotel Alt Saskatoon. With strong analytical abilities and sales skills, this resourceful and personable individual will develop creative strategies and deploy sales tactics, lead prospecting and negotiations, and participate in a range of efforts tied to the organizations success. WHAT WE HOPE YOU CAN BRING Solid sales skills and thorough knowledge of the market1 to 3 years in hotel sales management, or similar experienceCollege diploma or university degree an assetOrganization and time management skills, attention to detailAutonomy and ability to self-directCreativity, adaptability, and eagerness to innovateFriendly personality and great communication skillsAdvanced English, written and spokenKnowledge of Opera Cloud PMSFrench is an asset WHAT YOUD DO Draft and negotiate proposals for groupsManage account performance and develop accounts with potentialCanvass through prospecting, calls for tender, events, and sales blitzesAnalyze reports, trends, and current knowledgeDevelop tactics that maximise occupancy and revenueCollect information on the market and the competitionEvaluate and implement long-term strategies and objectivesCollaborate as part of our national Business Development teamRepresent Germain Htels at trade fairs and during sales campaigns WHY WORK WITH US?
