Busy Collision repair shop is looking for a full time CSR to join our team! We offer a GOVERNMENT REGISTERED PENSION PLAN, health and dental benefits and a collegial team work environment. DUTIES INCLUDE: Greeting customers in a pleasant and courteous manner. Scheduling appointments for estimates, repair and rental car facilitation. Managing the hours of the repair schedule. Keeping files up to date in real time. Communicating with adjusters and customers. Answering multi-line phones, emails and texts. Receiving payments from customers. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to multi task in a _*FAST PACED*_ dynamic working environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Excel and Outlook software programs. Wage commensurate with experience. _*3 YEARS OF FACE TO FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REQUIRED. *_ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Company pension * Dental care * Extended health care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Education: * Secondary School (required) Experience: * Customer service: 3 years (required) Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-30- LocationSarnia, ON
