We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Manual Physiotherapist to join our holistic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to work effectively in both pediatric and acute care settings. The Physiotherapist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and improving their quality of life. *What we are looking for:* Registered Physiotherapist in good standing New graduates welcome! A passionate, personable, skilled Manual Physiotherapist Nurturing and caring disposition Able to work 1-2 days per week Have a passion for helping to serve our beautiful community Have an interest in Holistic Wellness and believe in an integrative and collaborative approach to patient care *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes. * Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices. *Skills* * Proficient in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices. * Familiarity with acute care environments and the specific needs of patients in these settings. * Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and effective communication. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting. * Bonus: Experience in Fascial Stretch Therapy and other modalities Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients through dedicated manual physiotherapy services!
